oke4d Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise.

Access to and use of the oke4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active. oke4d operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is strictly forbidden. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Individuals subject to a legal guardianship order or declared mentally incapable by a competent authority may not register.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on oke4d or any other gambling platform from which oke4d has received a notification. Attempting to register while subject to a self-exclusion is a serious violation of this Agreement.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account on oke4d. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different ones — is prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

To access the full range of oke4d services — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing withdrawals — you must complete the registration process via the oke4d Login portal and create a verified account.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You must update this information promptly if any detail changes after registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. oke4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify oke4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, and at any other point determined by oke4d's compliance team, you will be required to complete the KYC verification process. Accepted documents include:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card, passport, or SIM driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga; or a utility bill)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of active e-wallet account such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Closure

oke4d reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its absolute discretion, including where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, terms violation, or any activity that may bring the Platform into disrepute. In cases of confirmed fraudulent activity, any balance in the account may be forfeited in full.

All financial transactions on oke4d are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion service is offered.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

oke4d currently accepts deposits via the following channels:

• Bank Transfer (Virtual Account): BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in full on the Cashier page of the Platform. E-wallet deposits are typically credited to your balance within 60 seconds. Bank transfer credits are typically processed within five minutes during standard Indonesian banking hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. Standard processing times are as follows:

• E-Wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): Within 15 minutes of approval
• Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): Within 3 hours of approval during standard banking hours; up to 6 hours during off-peak periods

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Account Holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. oke4d reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for amounts above Rp 50.000.000 per transaction.

4.3 Transaction Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and displayed in the Cashier section. oke4d reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice to Account Holders. Daily withdrawal limits apply and are communicated to Account Holders at the time of account registration and in the Platform's Cashier section.

oke4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Account Holders. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotional terms attached to each offer, which are published on the Casino Bonus page of the Platform. The following general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Account Holders who have completed registration and, where applicable, the KYC verification process.
• Each promotional offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Contribution rates to wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). The specific contribution table is published alongside each promotion.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply to winnings derived from bonus credits. These limits are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• oke4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. Offers already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

oke4d actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk wagers designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine engagement with the product, and coordinating with other Account Holders to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, oke4d reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to close the Account permanently.

The following rules govern the placement of wagers and participation in casino games on the oke4d Platform.

6.1 Sportsbook

oke4d's sportsbook offers pre-match and live in-play markets across football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and UEFA Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, volleyball, and e-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Available market types include Asian Handicap, 1X2, Over/Under, and mix parlay (accumulator) combinations, as well as voor bola (handicap) markets on Indonesian football fixtures.

• All odds are quoted in decimal format by default. Account Holders may switch to Indonesian, Hong Kong, or Malay odds formats via account settings.
• Wagers are binding once confirmed. oke4d does not accept cancellations after a bet has been confirmed, except where a clear and manifest error has occurred on the part of oke4d.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, stakes will be refunded in full unless the specific market rules published for that sport state otherwise.
• oke4d reserves the right to void any wager placed on an event where the result was known at the time of placement (late betting) or where evidence of match manipulation is identified.

6.2 Casino & Slots

Casino games — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft, and live dealer games powered by Evolution Gaming — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are disclosed within game information panels. All games use independently audited random number generation.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during an active game round, oke4d's system will complete the round according to the game's programmed logic. The result will be recorded in the Account Holder's transaction history. oke4d will not be liable for losses arising from internet connection failures on the Account Holder's side.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps may be set by the Account Holder at any time. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts notify the Account Holder when a specified duration of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Account Holders may suspend their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Suspended accounts cannot be reactivated before the chosen period expires.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term self-exclusion may be requested via the 24/7 live chat at any time. Self-excluded accounts are closed immediately and cannot be reopened for the agreed exclusion period under any circumstances.

All content published on the oke4d Platform — including but not limited to the oke4d brand name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, software, and game assets displayed through third-party provider integrations — is the intellectual property of oke4d or its respective licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of oke4d.

Game content provided by Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to oke4d for display on the Platform. Account Holders receive no licence or ownership rights to any game content through their use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, oke4d's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

oke4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform or any of its features;
• Delays or failures in the settlement of wagers or withdrawal requests caused by events outside oke4d's reasonable control, including banking system downtime, e-wallet provider outages, or force majeure events;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors in third-party game content or data feeds supplied by licensed providers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including betting tips, odds information, or promotional communications.

Nothing in this clause shall limit oke4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

oke4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and available in full at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration — including your name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and payment details — is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of the Platform's services. oke4d does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with licensed KYC verification partners and payment processors solely to the extent necessary to fulfil the services described in this Agreement.

oke4d reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Account Holders via the email address registered on their account and/or through a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, no less than 7 calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account before the effective date of the change. Any wagers placed or bonuses accepted before the effective date will be settled under the terms that were in effect at the time of placement or acceptance.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which oke4d holds its international gaming licence. The Company operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is regulated by the licensing authority of that jurisdiction.

You acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your location. oke4d makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction beyond those it expressly serves.
